About Marcela Guerra
Owner
Her Way Transports is a proudly female-owned and operated business, founded from a lifetime of experience, compassion, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, and kindness — especially when they need a little extra help.
After spending over 30 years working in international logistics, I built a career around transportation, coordination, problem solving, and making sure cargo was delivered safely and on time. It was fast-paced, demanding work that taught me responsibility, organization, and how to stay calm when things didn’t go as planned.
But the most important work I’ve ever done has been being a mother to my three daughters and now a grandmother to my three grandchildren. Caring for family, helping loved ones get to appointments, running errands, and being there during difficult or stressful times taught me some very important lessons: sometimes people don’t just need transportation, they need patience, reassurance, and someone who truly cares.
After a major personal change, and the loss of my long-time corporate job, I found myself at a crossroads. Instead of stepping back, I chose to step forward in a new way — creating something meaningful, personal, and rooted in service. That is how Her Way Transports began.
This company was created to provide more than just rides. It was created to provide compassion, safety, respect, and dignity to every person who needs assistance. Whether it’s getting to a doctor’s appointment, the grocery store, the airport, visiting a loved one, or simply getting where they need to go without feeling rushed, overlooked, or unsafe.
As a woman-owned business, Her Way Transports is built on understanding, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to care. Every client is treated the way I would want my own family to be treated: with patience, kindness, and respect.
At Her Way Transports, we believe: Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and patience. Everyone deserves to feel safe when they travel. Everyone deserves to maintain their dignity and independence. And sometimes, having someone who truly cares makes all the difference.
This is more than a business — it’s my way of giving back, supporting others, and making sure no one feels alone or like a burden. Her Way Transports means getting there safely, comfortably, and with someone who truly cares — every step of the way.
